Day 10. On friendships

Day 10. 15 Days to go before Christmas.

Tea: Walnut Orange Scone (White Tea)

On friendships

They say no man is an island, and I sure am not one. For someone with depression, it’s become a big part of my coping mechanism to surround myself with people I like. I’ve felt lonely a lot but never alone. I had a lot of people to depend on. And it made everything that I’m going through, not really all that better, but much easier. So to my friends, thank you for being the bright stars in my dark and lonely universe. #DAVIDsTEA #Christmas #tea

  1. Hi! You may not know me but I know how depression works (because my sister and best friend also have depression) and I just want you to know that we understand you. I know how hard it is. I know you didn’t want to feel that way but you have no control over your current situation. True, keep your friends because they help a lot on what you are going through. You’re stronger than your storms. Keep going; 🙂🌿

P.S.: I also love reading your posts. Keep posting!
